Hair Butter

I just LOVE the Hair Butter; it lays my hair down while moisturizing it and leaving it shinny and healthy looking. Great job with this product, it's perfect for my natural hair.

Hello BeautyByHer, and thank you for sending the replacement jar of hair butter. I really love how moisturizing it is, and my daughter uses it on her braids as well.

I did want to mention that this is my third order of the hair butter, and this jar arrived much more liquified than the previous two. I’m not sure if it’s due to heat, but the earlier jars had a solid consistency that I prefer because it made application easier and allowed me to warm it up in my hands before applying it. This batch feels completely different in texture.

Leaked product, half empty, and completely ignored by support
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Beauty By Her. When my package arrived, I opened it to find that the product had leaked extensively all over the shipping box. Because of the heavy leakage, the bottle itself arrived only half full.
Hoping to get this resolved quickly, I immediately reached out to customer service through both email and text message. While I could see that they read my first message, they completely ignored it. When I followed up with a second message, I received zero response.
It is completely unacceptable to receive a damaged, half-empty product and then be given the silent treatment when trying to get help. I will not be ordering from this brand again and cannot recommend a company with such poor quality control and non-existent customer support.

I am very disappointed with my products. It took me a month to get it when I finally received my items. The jar was half open leaking out all in the package. It was like mayonnaise then the next morning it dried up to a rock. It was half full poorly package. Very very disappointing. Been trying to reach out. No one has called our email me.. I would like a refund

The package was empty. I have sent pictures to the number listed and no response. I just want the product I paid for

I have the same bottle I ordered when she first launched. I only use a little bit at a time that’s why I’ve held onto it for so long, but it definitely helps my colored hair and my natural hair not be so dry definitely hydrates and strengthens. I’m gonna try the butter, but I prefer oil instead.

This is my second purchase of the hair butter. It absorbs nicely, keeps my hair moisturized without weighing it down. My hair loves it!

I love the hair oil and hair butter. I use the hair butter for me and my son. I use the hair oil for myself. It doesn’t weigh my hair down, it stays moisturized. I have almost no shedding and no breakage. I was having issues in both areas. My son, has really dry scalp but the hair butter has helped him tremendously.

I just received my hair products today! When I opened the package the aroma of the hair butter and oil smell so good! I used some of the hair butter as soon as i opened it and I love the textured not too oily! I can’t wait to see my results from using it after awhile! I will be buy from you guys again!
