Hair Butter

Purchased in July 2026.
Leaked product, half empty, and completely ignored by support
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Beauty By Her. When my package arrived, I opened it to find that the product had leaked extensively all over the shipping box. Because of the heavy leakage, the bottle itself arrived only half full.
Hoping to get this resolved quickly, I immediately reached out to customer service through both email and text message. While I could see that they read my first message, they completely ignored it. When I followed up with a second message, I received zero response.
It is completely unacceptable to receive a damaged, half-empty product and then be given the silent treatment when trying to get help. I will not be ordering from this brand again and cannot recommend a company with such poor quality control and non-existent customer support.

I am very disappointed with my products. It took me a month to get it when I finally received my items. The jar was half open leaking out all in the package. It was like mayonnaise then the next morning it dried up to a rock. It was half full poorly package. Very very disappointing. Been trying to reach out. No one has called our email me.. I would like a refund

The package was empty. I have sent pictures to the number listed and no response. I just want the product I paid for

I love your products, it has been a big improvement in my natural hair since my first purchase in November, I am 64 years old and my hair was thinning like crazy but since I’ve been using your oil and buttercream my hair has thickened a lot and is sooo healthy! I have the same bottle I ordered when she first launched. I only use a little bit at a time that’s why I’ve held onto it for so long, but it definitely helps my colored hair and my natural hair not be so dry definitely hydrates and strengthens. I’m gonna try the butter, but I prefer oil instead.

Id bought the butter cream love the smell of it id try it allready it leaves a beautiful shine im more happier thats homemade natural God blessed

I have been waiting for the order to open so I can place my order and when I did, it came within two weeks smells really good feels really good. We’ll see what it do. You’ve definitely made me a believer.

My order was supposed to come August 19. It is now September 1st, I haven’t received anything yet.

I just received my hair products today! When I opened the package the aroma of the hair butter and oil smell so good! I used some of the hair butter as soon as i opened it and I love the textured not too oily! I can’t wait to see my results from using it after awhile! I will be buy from you guys again! Most of the product had leaked out into the packaging by the time it arrived. I want to order more but not sure how to let them know somehow the product is spilling out of jar.

I love how thick it is. I love that it’s not drippy and I love how it makes my hair feel soft. I just got it but I already like it so I can just imagine what it’s going to do.

Best product ever. A little goes a long way so the jar lasts a long time and it really locks in moisture. Great if u have dry hair like me.
